oh shit..
trainer course is damn tiring..
and tough too..
2 weeks of course..
damn tiring..
then still a trip to langkawi for 5 days..
2 nites in the bus..
and only 3 days at langkawi..
shit..
first new zealand..
which was fun..
then this trainer course and langkawi trip..
which is tough and tiring..
haiz..
but all good stuff begins with a bad start..
so maybe facing all the challenge now is better,.
then facing it in the future..
i guess..
that's what i learned since i've been in the course..
there's no easy way out..
well to share my experience with you..
first,about leader..
a leader does not leave his men behind..
a leader also leads the way for his men..
leader be with his men no matter what..
a leader shall make fast decisions..
a leader never blames his men for his mistakes..
secondly,about team..
a team is a group that care about each other..
a team is a group that works together..
a team is a group that gives in to each other..
lastly,friends..
a lot of new friends to be found..
a lot of new experience to share with each other..
crack new jokes..
laugh together..
that's the good thing about being in a leadership course..
haha..
then got a few bad points also about this trip..
never plan when you are at the place itself..
well i don't know what to continue..
so got to go already..
